1. Seller Responsibility
Sellers must provide accurate listings, deliver as described, and follow ggmarket rules.
2. Ownership Warranty
By listing an account, the seller confirms they have the right to sell or transfer access to that account.
3. Listing Accuracy
Listings must accurately describe:
- game
- region/server
- rank
- level
- skins/items
- access type
- delivery method
- delivery time
- restrictions or risks
4. Delivery
Sellers must deliver within the stated time and provide complete instructions through the order chat.
5. No Account Recovery
Sellers must not recover, reclaim, change, or interfere with an account after delivery.
6. No Fee Circumvention
Sellers must not ask buyers to pay off-platform, use external escrow, or bypass ggmarket fees.
7. Fund Hold
Seller funds may be held after completion for a period based on the seller's trust tier to protect buyers and reduce fraud. See the Seller Payout Policy for withdrawal details.
8. Disputes
Sellers must cooperate with disputes and provide evidence when requested.
9. Prohibited Listings
Sellers may not list:
- stolen accounts
- compromised accounts
- accounts they do not control
- misleading accounts
- malware
- phishing links
- illegal services
- services that require harassment, cheating, or harmful conduct
10. Seller Restrictions
ggmarket may restrict, freeze, suspend, or remove seller privileges for fraud, high dispute rates, policy violations, or platform safety. A frozen seller cannot create new listings or receive payouts until the freeze is lifted.
